I successfully filed my federal and state tax returns electronically, and I have received confirmation that both returns were accepted by the IRS and my state. However, I am unable to print my final tax return.
When I log into my TurboTax account:
- The system behaves as if my return was never completed, prompting me to continue the filing process.
- When I follow the prompts to the end, it confirms that both my federal and state returns were already transmitted and accepted.
- Despite this confirmation, I cannot access the Download/Print Return (PDF) option in my account.
I’ve tried:
- Logging in on different browsers and devices.
- Clearing my cache and cookies.
- Using the TurboTax Print Center directly.
None of these steps resolved the issue.
