My e-file has been rejected. What should I do now. On the other hand I have been charged for e-filing already.

The TurboTax online editions do not have an e-file charge.  The account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.

 

Fix the reason for the rejection and e-file again.

Hope you are correct as I have not being charged yet for e-filing. Because everything has been rejected. I will be waiting for the credit card statement to make sure there isn't any charge for e-filing.

Meanwhile, I will be filing my tax return 2019 by mail.
