My dividends did not come to my bank nor is in my files. what do i do?

Dividends? Files? Are you referring to your refund or something else?

Assuming that you are talking about dividends of stocks, mutual funds, etc, I suggest calling the fund's 800 number to get the info.  They are usually very helpful over the phone.
