My dependent being claimed by other person, how do I find out when did this person claimed my child? From the year 2018 or just recently 2019?

For 2019 efile a return claiming the child, if the return is rejected you will be told.

I presume 2018 has  not been filed. File on paper and the IRS will send you a letter if the child has been claimed.
