My daughter who is 18, made $1600.00 this year. Where do I include her w-2 or do I need to?

You don't include her W-2 income on your return.  If that is all she made then she does not need to file a return and check the box that Someone can claim her on their tax return..  She might want to get any taxes withheld.  She could use the Free Edition.

A minor who may be claimed as a dependent must file a return if their income exceeds their standard deduction ($12,950 for tax year 2022). A minor who earns less than $12,950 will not owe taxes but may choose to file a return to receive a refund of withheld earnings.
