My Daughter 34 years old is disabled and lived with us for 5.457 (166 days) in 2022. Can I claim she lived with us for 6 months?

From what I can tell we can round up but not sure that is why I am asking the question.  Thank you.

It depends.  Review the following information to decide if you meet the necessary requirements. 

 

Your disabled child must have lived with you for more than half the year.  This means 183 days during the year and the following is considered an exception for temporary absences.
