My current eFile was rejected due to "incorrect 2017 AGI".

My 2017 eFile did NOT get recorded at IRS, although my tax submission did. I was notified of this in January and submitted the 2017 return by mail at that time. I suspect the missing eFile resulted in no data entry into my account. I have tried to acquire the transcript, but none exists.

Will a simple "0" entered for AGI fix this? If not, how can I correct this issue?

Yes, if your 2017 Tax Return has not been recorded at the IRS, you should use -0- zero as your 2017 AGI.
