My cryptocurrency income appears to be duplicated by TurboTax, and my Tax Due seems doubled accordingly. What's going on?

Solved the problem! TurboTax (online, Chrome, Mac) was indeed messed up, but I was able to fix the problem by going to Tools at the bottom left and navigating to delete the cryptocurrency forms that were giving me trouble. That way TurboTax had no memory of my entries and I was able to start from scratch.

Original poster here. I have tried removing all cryptocurrency sales and now the normal income amount shows, but the cryptocurrency lines are all removed! I then also tried going to the Investment Income section and I deleted the cryptocurrency line listed there (it was still listed there!). I got a dialogue asking if I'm sure I want to remove all of the (already deleted!) cryptocurrency entries TurboTax has saved, and I confirmed, but then I see the cryptocurrency line still listed in the Investment Income section, as if I did nothing.

As jefolicr1 mention. go to the tools on the bottom left and click delete a form. you can press ctrl+G and type crypto to find it faster and delete that form to star over
