My company included all fuel and maintenance in box 40 and as income. I get an allowance and use of fuel card. Can I claim the fuel as employment expense?

required to travel for work. They did not specify they would be included all fuel and maintenance as income. I have a T2200. Can I claim under employment expenses? Where do I put this, since they included as income??
