Your city government likely has a website with links to the income tax page. Many city income taxes have fillable pdf forms for filing taxes. As TurboTax did not fill out my city taxes correctly, I had to go to the website of the agency that collects income taxes and get their forms. I could then use the TurboTax program to review my W2's and other required information to fill out my city's forms and file those at the website (I needed my checkbook with routing and account number).
