My cards are not getting authorized and I am trying to pay for the services so I can file. Any ideas?

how do I get back to the page to update my credit card information?

Click on the "File" tab. Continue until you get to the screen asking how you would like your refund, once on this screen select "direct deposit", and continue with the below steps:

Ensure the box underneath the account info stating I want my refund deposited into this account is unchecked.
Scroll down and click Continue.
A page will display that says, Let's get your bank account info.

where is the file tab?  How do I get to that?  Can you attach a screen shot?
