TurboTax does not support importing from an excel spreadsheet.

If you were using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition you could import from a .txf file but not excel.

If your brokerage is not a TurboTax partner you will have to enter the information form the Form 1099-B manually - How to import a Form 1099-B - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/import-export-data-files/enter-1099-b/L7MFY1jNg_US_en_US?uid=lr0uje4d

To enter an investment sale -
