Once your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you've set up your account, you can view your paychecks, W-2s, and other employment info such as your home address and bank account info.

Get your pay stubs

  1. Set up your Workforce account if you haven't before.
  2. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  3. Select Paychecks.
  4. Select the appropriate date range.  You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
  5. Do one of the following.
  • Select Download on the pay stub you want to download
  • Select a pay stub to open and view, download or print it
  • If you see a Download all button below the paycheck list, select that to download all of your pay stubs at once (this is not available for everyone)

See your time off, year-to-date pay and personal info

Your Paychecks screen instantly gives you more info that matters to you.

  • Available time off: Check your vacation, sick, and other available time off balances
  • Year to date: Know your year-to-date gross and net pay, withholding, and deductions at a glance

Select Profile to see your personal, bank and tax info.  If any of this information is incorrect or needs to be changed, let your employee know so they can update it.

Kind Folks (3/28/2023) -- I am very frustrated.  I want my W2.  I work for the 1880Train in Hill City, SD (phone [phone number removed]).  They told me to go to workforce.intuit.com/app/payroll-employee-portal-ui/portal/w2.  When I sign into workforce.intuit.com using "username" [email address removed] and "password" [Password removed]  I get the following message:  "We weren't able to show your payroll info Refreshing your screen often fixes the problem."  I have  "refreshed" my screen several times.  I have called my employer who gave me the following number [phone number removed], called the number and Intuit prompts gave me all sorts of choices NONE of which was workforce.intuit.com, finally talked to Gabe, Gabe listened to me then told me to "listen carefully" -- he told me TO CALL MY EMPLOYER.  I gave Gabe my employer's phone number, told him my employer said to call Intuit.  Folks please figure this crap out -- I know I am not at fault -- I just want my W2.

Fred , cell [phone number removed]
