My books are in balance, I do not know why its not reflecting accurately in turbotax. A book keeper reviewed my books and they are correct.

this is almost impossible to answer, we have no access to the accounting software or your tax return. an out of balance balance sheet is particularly hard to diagnose without access. 

one possible reason is that some account lacks or has an improper tax code which means it won't transfer.
