My bank's 1099-INT has $0 in state tax withheld, but state is left blank (no name). The review system keeps giving me error because of the missing state.What to do?

Simple fix ... don't enter the state or the zero ... leave them both blank. 

Try deleting this 1099-INT and creating a replacement. Do not enter anything in any field that does not have a real value. For example, do not enter anything in any state field if there is no state tax withheld. Do not enter any state name if the there is no state tax withheld. When you fill out your state taxes, the software will calculate any state tax due, and add it to your state tax due balance.
