If your bank is not partnered with TurboTax to allow importing of information into the software then just click that you will enter it yourself and key in your information by hand.
Did you get a 1099INT form for interest? Or what form?
Don't enter the bank name and don't try to import it. It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it. At the bottom pick Change How I enter my Form
Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself
You shouldn't need to enter an EIN or address. Just enter the name.
Hi dorisberhou,
Since your bank is not on the bank listing at TurboTax data entry point, you do not have to import the data, you can select "I'll type it in myself" and enter the data (interest, dividend or stock transactions) manually.
Of course, you would need hard copies or PDF copies from your bank website of Form 1099-INT, 1099-DIV and 1099-B before Turbotax manual data entry.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
