My app randomly decides to change up the turbo tax home screen. But I was actually able to go in and change my personal information 4 days ago. Yet still everything is being set to my old email addres

If you can sign into your TurboTax account successfully but need to update your email address, we have instructions to help you. If you've forgotten your User ID or password try our account recovery process.
