My Alabama refund has an error. It says taxpayer ssn should not be entered to efile and then I take it out and then it says its missing info?

Sometimes one digit makes the difference or entering the right information in the wrong field. 

• Delete the taxpayer information.
• Log out 
• Delete browser history/cache. Then refresh page
• Log back in 
• Re-enter Taxpayer Information
