My AGI was transferred over from my TurboTax 2017 form. Why is it rejecting it now?

Should try to obtain the number directly from the IRS.  The best and fastest way to access the 2017 AGI is to order a transcript from the IRS.  Click here Get Transcript and select "Get Transcript Online " On the transcript, look under section "Adjustment to Income" and find the amount for Adjusted Gross Income.

If your return still gets rejected, submit your tax return by mail.

Have you confirm the AGI was the reason your rejection?
