My ACH # (routing # alternative) is too long for the space provided and isn't being accepted when I enter it

(to specify, the ACH is 13 digits long)

A US bank will only have a routing number that is 9 digits long, no more, no less.  Log onto the bank account to get the correct routing number.

No Routing numbers are all the same length.  Banks have a special routing number for ach, etc. You might have to call your bank and ask them for it.   Or you can find it on the bank's website.

Here is how to find the routing number on your checks

Do you have Bank of America?  If you used Bank of America there are five routing numbers that the bank does not use for electronic transactions.  And it depends what state you are in.

@dessa28

I suspect it is actually your account number, maybe??

My account number is 13 digits...and I received my Federal refund to it already.
