My accountant filed for an extension this year. Can I still complete my taxes via Turbotax even though I didn't file the extension via Turbotax?

Yes, you can still file with TurboTax.  Just make sure you include any payment you made with the extension that your accountant filed so you get credit for it (under Deductions and Credits -> Estimates and Other Income Taxes -> Other Incomes Taxes -> Payments made with extension).

Thanks Anthony, but I did not make any payments yet with my accountant.  I just entered all of the information and ready to file with TurboTax now.  Can I still use the Direct Debit feature to pay for the taxes owed (it only says up until 4/15)?  Also, do I have to indicate somewhere with my filing that I filed an extension?  Will any interest that I owe be billed to me afterwards?

If you aren't able to use the feature within TurboTax, you can just select the pay by check option within TurboTax and then schedule a Direct Debit instead on the IRS website (use link below).  No, you don't indicate that you filed an extension anywhere when you file your return.  And, yes, any interest owed would be billed afterwards.
