My 2020 Amended Return was rec'd on 4/23/21 but I have still not rec'd my refund. I have made 38 total phone calls since 11/21 and spoke to someone 5 of those times and get a different answer every time.

Amendments can sometimes take 12-16 weeks to process.  Most likely, the IRS is still processing this.
