My 17 year old made 8268.45 last year can i still claim her

and she is doing her own taxes

Yes, if she lived with you more than 6 months during the year, did not provide more than half of her own support, and did not file a joint return (if she is married).  On her return in Turbo Tax be sure to indicate that "someone else can claim as a dependent"  and "someone else will claim "  in the Personal Info section so the correct exemption is applied.
