My 1099 NEC is missing the state payers state number for Utah how can I find out what that is? There is only UT in Box 6

Unless you had Utah state withholding reported on Box 5 of Form 1099-NEC, you can leave boxes 5, 6, and 7 blank.  If you did have amounts in Box 5, or Box 7, you will have to contact the company that issued the form to get the information.
