My 1099-INT from Truist will not populate under my annual income. Is anyone else having trouble or know how to solve?

Here are steps to help ensure your 1099-INT from Truist will populate correctly in TurboTax for 2024:

  1. Delete the 1099-INT Form
    1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
    2. Click on the magnifying glass icon (search bar) at the top of the screen.
    3. Type "1099-INT" and select the "Jump to" link.
    4. Click "Delete" next to the 1099-INT form you wish to delete.
  2. Clear Cookies and Cache: For Google Chrome:
    1. See Instructions here to select your browser.
  3. Re-enter the 1099-INT Form
    1. Use the search bar again to find "1099-INT" and select the "Jump to" link
    2. select Enter a different way, and follow the instructions to enter your 1099-INT.
    3. Enter the details from your 1099-INT form manually.
