My 1099-INT form has the wrong address and I don't see how to edit.

Maybe from the scan/import, the computer read the wrong address? But I can't find anywhere to correct the address. The form is saying CA but should be OH.

Rather than scanning it, type in the form. Delete the uploaded form a type it in.
