MY 1095 ONLY HAS PRMIUMS IN COLUMN B FOR NOVEMBER AN DDECEMBER THE PRVIOUS MONTHS WERE ON MEDI-CAL WITH NO PRMIUMS. IT IS REJECTING THE 0

Do not enter any zeros when you enter information from a 1095A.  The software does not like zeros for that form.  Leave those spaces blank instead.
