Moved to Canada in June from US how to file US taxes

Was in US from Aug 2011 to May 3rd 2024.

Was in India on vacation from May 4th to Jun 15th 2024

Moved to Canada on Jun 15th, Canadian Payroll started July 1st (had US payroll till Jun 30th).

Now question is since I pass the substantial presence test for both US and Canda how should I file my taxes

1. File US taxes as TAX resident ie 1040 and file taxes on both US and Canada income.

2. File US taxes as Non Resident 1040-NR and 8840 closer connection exception to Substaintial Presence test as I moved all my belongins from US to Canada and renting an apartment and bought a Car in Canada.

I want to file the return in the accurate way.

That would depend on whether you are a US Citizen, a permanent resident, or if you are a nonresident alien.  If you want to share more information, we could provide more assistance.
