married filling jointly, how to file schedule B 1099INT

Married filling jointly, under husband SSN.

1099INT interest are from wife's SSN.

Should we change the name of schedule B to wife's name and SSN? If so how to make the change

No, you don't change the name. The name at the top of Schedule B just identifies what tax return the Schedule B belongs to. It has nothing to do with which one of you received the income.

In the good old  days of paper filing a return .... the main taxpayer's name & SS# was listed on the top of every tax form sent to the IRS so if the pile of returns on a data input operator's desk fell on the floor and got jumbled up  all the individual  returns could be reassembled correctly ... it means nothing more than that.
