Married after December 31st 2016 my license name is different than my name was on December 31st... Will this cause issues with efiling?

Use the name that on the official Social Security Administration records.

The IRS looks at the social security database, not your driver's license.  Use your name as it appears on your current SS card.  If you are in the middle of a name change at social security, you could get bounced.  Try one, then the other, and if both fail you will have to mail your return.

For your state, not all states require DL matching.  If yours does, use the name currently on your DL.
