mandatory premium purchasing with unreasonable price at Intuit turbotax

I am asked to get premium with an unreasonable price and the stupid reason for this seems to be "You sold stock, bonds, or mutual funds." while I did not sold anything, I just have my 1099-c forms that need to be reported to IRS

You only need to use the Deluxe edition if you are reporting a 1099-C

Look through your forms and make sure you did not accidentally start entering a 1099-B - you may need to delete empty forms.
