Made joint estimated payments in 2019, now filing separately, how do I allocate?

Always MFJ with estimated payments listing both of us on one ES payment form. For 2019, recently decided to go MFS. What happens to the estimated payments?  Can I allocate them between us as I desire? Do they all go to the first SSN on the ES form?  Thanks.

The payments may be treated as being made by either spouse, or may be divided between them in any manner agreeable to them. However, if the spouses do not agree to a division, the payments are to be allocated to each of them in the ratio of each spouse’s separate tax to the aggregate tax imposed.
