Lost communication with intit assist between 12: & 12:30 mountain time. also while speaking with the assistant a blue screen appeared about maps. it worrys me.

why did they assistant disconnect our conversation? why did the blue screen appear and interfere with the our conversation?

No one in the user forum knows.  We have no connection to customer support or the Live expert help.  We do not arrange, schedule or monitor phone calls.   Try initiating another call.
