lori does not have an occupation she is diabled

You can put anything you want.  Occupation is not important or used.  

We cannot see your tax return so we do not know who "Lori" is---but, assuming she is your spouse on a joint tax return, you can enter anything you want to use for "occupation".  The IRS does not use that for anything that affects your refund or tax due. Occupation is used only for statistical purposes.
