Long time customer, why am i being charged for a refund processing service fee on top of my deluxe charge

The option to pay the TurboTax account fees with the federal tax refund is optional.  You did not have to choose that option.  All you needed to do is select to pay the TurboTax account fees with your own credit or debit card.
