Live in DC, Rental Property in NH

I live in DC, own rental property in NH. How do I go about filing.? Do I pay DC income tax on the rental income from my NH rental property? (NH has no income tax)

DC taxes all of a resident's income regardless of it being from another state. However, if that other state taxes the income you earn in that state, then DC will give the taxpayer a credit. In your case, since NH doesn't tax personal income, you'll be paying DC taxes on that out of state rental income.
