Little league asked to sell chocolates as a fundraiser or give $50.00 to otp out, are the $50 deductible?

You can only deduct a contribution to an IRS qualified charity

See IRS Qualified Charity List

In addition, to deduct a contribution, you must itemize deductions which you can only do by upgrading to TurboTax Deluxe Edition
