Likre i said i received from cal-med haelth coverage info 1095-b showing I do not pay anything for 2019 but coverage for 2019 fullyear. there form nub. cal 60704b

I doi not know the value of the helth insurance coverage, how can I find out

You do not need to enter this on your tax return.
