Last years agi entered correctly - still IRS declines

tax year 2021 E-file I sent yesterday (2/23/2022) was rejected:

Error message: "The IRS could not confirm (my wife's name) identity". "it looks like the AGI amount entered for (wife's name) into Turbo Tax before filing did not match what the IRS has in their database

However - I confirmed the correct number was entered (by TT):

1) I did not enter it by hand - TT took the number from last year (tax year 2020) return (lets say $100k for discussion)

2) I verified by opening TT 2020 data file that $100k is correct

3) I verified by opening a PDF file of the TT 2020 return I saved that $100k is correct.

Q: why does TT use "wife's name"? when the return was filed "married filing jointly". There is no "wife's name" AGI - only "joint" AGI.

What steps can I take?

Since you have entered the exact AGI but been rejected, please try to enter 0 as an AGI.

Thank you VERY much -

entering zero for last year's AGI caused IRS to accept the e-file!

I appreciate your help!
