Last year the taxes held out of the inherited IRAs split and showed up on the K1s this year it showed as a refund on the tax return. what did I do wrong?

in 2017 the program took the taxes withheld from the inherited IRAs and split them equally and put them on the 2 K-1s in line 13 of the K-1s(credits and credit recapture) this year they flowed through as a refund. How do I fix this

Tax withholding ended up in box 13 of last year's Schedules K-1 because the preparer explicitly put it there.  However, that was improper because ordinary tax withholding is not permitted to be passed through on a Schedule K-1.  The fix is for the estate or trust to issue corrected 2017 Schedules K-1.
