Laid off, but have HSA-Never used.No Cobra

I was laid off last year and I have an HSA account. I decided to opt. out of the Cobra plan. I didn't contribute to my HSA after being laid off. Turbo question ask, if I was covered as a self- only plan for the entire year or if I had different plans throughout the entire year? I only paid for health insurance while I was employed. How do I answer this?

You had different plans throughout the year.  For the months that you had no qualifying HDHP coverage you'll mark None.
