Known bug? 1099-DIV says "Needs Review" even after data entered. Does not have exempt-interest div (a different known bug that was fixed).

Related to this post (https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/known-bug-1099-div-[product key removed]w-even-after-data-entered-does-not-have-exempt-interest-div-a/00/1917220). I'm having the same issue in the online version. Can't manage to get this done. I have values in boxes1a, 1b, a 5. Have calculated the government div based on the percentage and still getting the needs review. I'm also being asked "

Which exclusion percentage do you see on your statement?" and there is no information on how to answer this. All amounts in box 2c are 0 and it doesn't give me any option to skip this.

it depends. If you selected that a portion of the dividends is US Government interest and reported it correctly, the program may be asking you to review it to make sure it is correct. Here is where to report this correctly.  Make sure the amount you report is not more than the dividends you have already reported. Here is the screen where you would report this. After placing the check mark, there will be a drop down that will appear where you would place the amount of Government Interest that is part of the dividend.  This would not be reported in any other manner.
