Where do I find Ky Tax Estimate Forms for 2021?

In KY state, the program has estimated taxes after it asks about filing an extension. If you miss it there, go to Tax Tools, select Tools, select Topic Search and find it that way.

The deadline to file the first period estimated tax payment for Kentucky is still April 15 (not May 17).

 

You can also make your estimated payments electronically at the Kentucky Department of Revenue's Electronic Payment Application.

Hi where can I find the 740 payment vouchers  for independent contractors  for 2021, I can only 2020

If you've already gone through the interview in the KY return to activate the vouchers, you can print them using these steps:

1. Once inside your return, click on Tax Tools > Print Center > Print, save or preview this year's return.
2. Select 2020 Kentucky return and Just my tax return(s) from the list and then click View or Print forms. 
3. A PDF screen will appear with all your tax documents.  You can choose to print just the pages the vouchers are on.

 

To prepare the payment vouchers for KY, please follow these steps;

1. Go back into your KY return.
2. On the screen, Review Your Kentucky Info, click the Update box in Other Forms section.
3. Continue to the screen, Do You Want to Pay Kentucky Estimated Taxes for 2021? and click the Yes box.
4. Continue through the screens to calculate the amount of estimated tax payments.
