Keep getting Hmm looks like we hit a slight snag in this section what can I do to fix this?

Why is no one from Turbo Tax answering this question?

It appears that TT's servers are overwhelmed. I kept hitting retry and eventually got through, but it took 1 1/2 houes because the same 'snag' continually popped up at each step of the process.

I paid the fees completely, tried updating the browser, re-review several times, following the steps carefully, and the same message still appears to me since yesterday. 

TurboTax is aware of your issue.  Go here for updates.  

I can't proceed in the Rental Income section because of the Hmmm looks like we hit a slight snag in this section. I've cleared cookies, used another browser, what is going on?
