Do I need to file an extension if I will not get my K3 tax form until June?

Yes, you should file an extension if you won't receive your K-3 tax form until June. This will give you until October 15 to file your tax return without penalties, ensuring you have enough time to accurately report all necessary information. Schedule K-3 includes details on foreign income, deductions, credits, and foreign tax credit limitations.
