Just bought TT24, installed now and getting "This license code is already linked to another account"

Packaging was clean and not tamperered with.

 

Need a valid activiation code.

Follow the steps in this help article to activate your product.

 

Double check to be certain that you have entered the license code accurately, and that no one else could have installed it on another account.

 

If you still get the same result, that your code is linked to another account, see this help article and this one for instructions on how to contact TurboTax customer support depending on which product you are using.

Can I ask, where did you buy it?
