It won't go past step 2 in filing your returns it just says revisit

Since you're in TurboTax Online, I would suggest that you close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, then re-open the program.
Revisit the Federal Review section, then proceed to the FILE section to see if your issue is resolved.

It still says - The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized, you will be able to access this section.

The error message pop-up usually tells you which schedules are incomplete. There are quite a few forms still pending from the IRS. If you can tell us exactly which forms are not finalized we may be able to give you an update on a fix date. February 7 is the next software update. You should try to e-file after that date.
