If your "Transmit My Returns Now" button is not working, it may be due to a captcha not appearing, where you would need to checkmark "I am not a robot."
Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the captcha will appear. This issue may be resolved by clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. Please see the following instructions on how to clear your cache:
