It was supposed to be $34.99 to file my taxes with you but at the end you charged me another$30 for paying the $34.99 out of my return....can you justify this?

I don't think its right that you SAY your fee is $34.99 in the beginning and right at the very last minute after filling out everything you spring an additional $35 "convenient"fee on top of it......your charging US to have access to OUR money!!!! Sorry but I don't think I'll be filing with you in the future.....

It explains that for a convenience fee of $34.99 they can deduct it out of your tax refund.
