It might be that not all the forms in your return have been finalized yet. If you have Draft forms in your return, it would not allow you to finish your return.
Use this link to reference when your tax forms will be available. You can search by TurboTax Product and for IRS and State-Specific Forms.
Hey! I got the federal to transmit by checking I do not want to file state taxes now. So that is done. seems to be a problem with just Minnesota tax forms for now.

The Minnesota 2024 state tax return forms will not be available for filing until 01/30/2025. Click on Review for a list of the forms
just tried to efile the business tax 1065, but encountered the message "Tax Year 2024 transmissions are not available". What could be the issue again? Thanks.
If you are using the desktop program then you probably need to update your software. In the top left corner click 'Online' and then 'Check for Updates and let the program update itself.
